# Terms of Service **Effective date: April 17, 2026** By accessing or using TheContentForge ("the platform," "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. *** ## Service description and eligibility TheContentForge is a social content operations platform. Access is by invitation only and is intended for authorised staff members. Creating an account requires approval from an org admin. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. *** ## Subscription and billing **Plans and fees** TheContentForge is available on paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise, and Custom). Prices and plan features are listed at thecontentforge.io/pricing and are subject to change with reasonable notice. **Billing cycle** Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly in advance, depending on the cycle you choose at checkout. Quarterly plans are billed once upfront for three months and include the discount shown on the Pricing page. The billing cycle begins on the date your subscription is activated. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as set out in the Refunds section below. **Automatic renewal** Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. **Plan changes** You may request an upgrade at any time by contacting . Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. **Failed payments** If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts, access to the platform may be suspended until payment is received. We will provide notice before suspension. **Suspension for nonpayment** Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 14 days after a failed payment notice may be suspended. Data associated with a suspended account is retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. Reinstatement requires payment of all outstanding amounts. *** ## Cancellation **How to cancel** You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting . Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before the next renewal date to take effect for that period. **Effect of cancellation** Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period. After that date, access to paid features will be removed. Your data is retained for 30 days following cancellation, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier removal. *** ## Refunds All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, issue a credit or refund at our discretion. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. *** ## Acceptable use **Permitted use** The platform may be used to create, manage, and analyse social media content for your organisation's authorised accounts. **Prohibited use** You may not use the platform to generate spam, harassment, illegal content, or content that violates the terms of service of X, Instagram, or Facebook. Automated scraping, reverse engineering of platform systems, or any use outside legitimate social media management is prohibited. **Abuse and termination** Abuse of the platform — including unauthorised access attempts, misuse of API integrations, or use in violation of these Terms — is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination without notice. *** ## Account responsibilities **Credential security** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account with others. Report suspected unauthorised access to your org admin or to immediately. **Org admin responsibility** Org admins are responsible for the accounts they approve and the actions taken under their organisation. This includes ensuring team members use the platform in accordance with these Terms. **Accurate information** You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and to keep that information current. *** ## Intellectual property **Your content** You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate using the platform. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the service. **Platform IP** The platform, its codebase, design, brand, and all associated intellectual property remain the property of TheContentForge. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you. *** ## Third-party services TheContentForge integrates with third-party services including xAI (content generation), Supabase (infrastructure), and the X, Instagram, and Facebook APIs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for changes to or failures of third-party services. *** ## Disclaimers The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content is provided as a draft aid — you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing. *** ## Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheContentForge and its team members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim. *** ## Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes — including pricing changes — will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days in advance. *** ## Governing law These Terms are governed by applicable law.
